The invention discloses a carbon fiber asphalt mixture. The asphalt mixture comprises asphalt, mineral aggregate and carbon fibers, wherein the mass ratio of the asphalt to the mineral aggregate is 4.44%, and the carbon fibers account for 0.1-0.3% of the total mass, and the invention discloses a preparation method of the carbon fiber asphalt mixture; the preparation method comprises the steps: adding a stone material, adding the carbon fibers, stirring and dispersing, adding the asphalt, uniformly stirring, finally adding the mineral powder, uniformly stirring, and discharging. Compared with the prior art, the carbon fiber asphalt mixture has the advantages that the carbon fibers are added and mixed into asphalt in a short needle shape and has the advantages of other kinds of fibers, and the problems of increased brittleness, shortened service life of asphalt pavement, reduced low-temperature performance and the like after other anti-rutting materials are added into asphalt concrete are solved to a greater extent.
本发明公开了一种碳纤维沥青混合料,包括沥青、矿料和碳纤维,所述的沥青与矿料的质量比的百分数为4.44%,所述的碳纤维占总质量的0.1‑0.3%,以及一种碳纤维沥青混合料的制备方法,先加入石料,再加入碳纤维搅拌分散,然后加入沥青搅拌均匀,最后加入矿粉进行拌合均匀后出料。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:碳纤维以短针状加入混合到沥青中可以兼有其他种类纤维的优点,而又在较大程度上改善了其他抗车辙加入沥青混凝土后脆性增加、沥青路面寿命缩短、低温性能降低等弊端问题。
