Wheel type rope climbing robot
The invention relates to a wheel type rope climbing robot. The robot is used for detecting external damage of a stay cable bridge cable, and comprises a detachable semi-closed outer frame, a hasp lock, a telescopic spring device, a driving system and a camera device, and the detachable semi-closed outer frame surrounds a round-rod-shaped object through opening and closing. The telescopic spring device and the driving system which are located on the detachable semi-closed outer frame make contact with the round-rod-shaped object, the telescopic spring device freely stretches out and draws backaccording to the diameter of the round-rod-shaped object, and the driving system drives the robot to crawl forwards along the round-rod-shaped object. According to the invention, the wheel type rope climbing robot can climb along the cable, adapts to detection of cables with different diameters through the telescopic spring device, detects damage of the outer surface of the cable through the additional arrangement of the camera device, and improves the cable detection efficiency of the stay cable bridge.
本发明涉及一种轮式爬索机器人,用于检测斜拉索大桥缆索外部破损,包括可拆半闭合式外框架、搭扣锁、伸缩式弹簧装置、驱动系统、摄像装置,所述的可拆半闭合式外框架通过张开与闭合包围圆杆状物体,位于可拆半闭合式外框架上的伸缩式弹簧装置和驱动系统与圆杆状物体接触,所述的伸缩式弹簧装置根据圆杆状物体直径自由伸缩,所述的驱动系统带动机器人沿圆杆状物体向前爬行。本发明可使爬索机器人能沿缆索爬行,通过伸缩式弹簧装置适应不同直径的缆索检测,通过加装摄像装置检测缆索外表面破损,提高了斜拉索大桥缆索检测效率。
