The construction process is simple, can effectively shorten the integral construction period, and saves profile steel pulling time; the cement mixing pile inserted with the prefabricated reinforced concrete tubular pile therein cancels mechanical operation cost of profile steel pulling, saves a great deal of manufacturing cost, saves field space, and further avoids various mechanical interpenetrating operations of a construction site; the reinforced concrete tubular pile is positioned on the center of the cement mixing pile, and the composite cement mixing pile formed by inserting the reinforced concrete tubular pile into the cement mixing pile achieves a foundation pit support and protection effect, further has the water stop effect, and is economical and reasonable.
本发明涉及混凝土管桩技术领域,且公开了一种内插预制钢筋混凝土管桩的复合搅拌桩及施工方法,以每立方米混凝土包括以下原料:水泥150‑380kg、黄砂450‑1000kg、石子750‑1500kg、减水剂7‑35kg、水83‑260kg、纤维20‑150kg。本发明施工工艺简单,可有效缩短整体施工工期,节省拔除型钢的时间,内插钢筋混凝土管桩的水泥搅拌桩,免去了型钢拔除的机械操作费用,节省了大量的造价,并且节省场地空间,还避免施工场地多种机械穿插作业,钢筋混凝土管桩设置位于水泥搅拌桩正中心,用钢筋混凝土管桩插入水泥搅拌桩的复合水泥搅拌桩,不但起到基坑支护作用,而且具有止水效果,并且经济合理。
