Tower supporting construction method of large-span portal type reticulated shell
A tower supporting construction method of a large-span portal type reticulated shell is characterized in that tower supporting construction is adopted for both the starting installing and the subsequent separate installing of the reticulated shell according to the structural features of the reticulated shell. Starting units of the reticulated shell are divided into A and B, the starting units A and B are each spliced on the ground in a unilateral arching mode, then one end of the starting unit A is lifted up, the starting unit A rotates around a support ball to a design height, then a tower iserected, the lifted end of the starting unit A is placed on the tower, one end of the starting unit B is lifted up, and the starting unit B rotates around the support ball to a design height to be inbutt joint with the starting unit A in the air. During aloft separate installing, in order to reduce the influences of down-warping of the reticulated shell on the construction quality, safety and speed, the tower is arranged to serve as a temporary support, and the tower is moved forwards according to the installing progress of the reticulated shell. The method has the advantages of being shortin construction cycle, low in cost, controllable in quality and high in safety.
