Solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: mixing unsaturated polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether and a silane coupling agent, and heating to melt to obtain a base material; adding unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or unsaturated carboxylic ester into the base material, then sequentially adding an initiator and a chain transfer agent in a dropwise manner, continuously stirring, and carrying out a polymerization reaction; and carrying out aging treatment after the polymerization reaction to obtaina solid material so as to obtain the solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a low-gas-content viscosity reduction type superplasticizer, the preparationmethod of the solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer is simple and high in operability, and the prepared viscosity reduction type solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer is stable in performance, low in transportation cost and free of pollution to the environment and has good industrial prospects.
本发明提供一种固体聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法,该方法包括将不饱和聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚与硅烷偶联剂混合升温至熔融得到底料;向所述底料中加入不饱和羧酸和/或不饱和羧酸酯,然后依次滴加引发剂及链转移剂并持续搅拌,进行聚合反应;所述聚合反应后进行老化处理得到固体物料,得所述固体聚羧酸减水剂。本发明固体聚羧酸减水剂为低含气降粘型减水剂,其制备方法简单、可操作性强,且制得的降粘型固体聚羧酸减水剂性能稳定、运输成本低、对环境无污染,具有很好的工业化前景。
