The invention discloses a double-block type prefabricated assembled anti-collision guardrail and a construction method thereof. The guardrail comprises an anti-collision guardrail outer side block andan anti-collision guardrail inner side block, the upper portion of the anti-collision guardrail outer side block and the upper portion of the anti-collision guardrail inner side block are matched through shear keys, and a junction box is formed between the lower portion of the anti-collision guardrail outer side block and the lower portion of the anti-collision guardrail inner side block; and grouting sleeves are arranged in the anti-collision guardrail outer side block and the anti-collision guardrail inner side block respectively. The outer side block of the anti-collision guardrail is hoisted to a specified position, and grouting maintenance is performed; a power cable pipeline is mounted; the anti-collision guardrail inner side block is hoisted to a designated position, the upper portions of the anti-collision guardrail outer side block and the anti-collision guardrail inner side block are attached to each other and cooperate with each other through the shear keys, and grouting maintenance is performed on the grouting sleeve. The quality problems that a power cable pipeline in a cast-in-place anti-collision guardrail is prone to being blocked and damaged are solved, and the construction period is shortened; the effect equal to the performance of a cast-in-place anti-collision guardrail can be achieved; and meanwhile, the prefabricated anti-collision guardrail is high in quality and small in construction influence.
