When a vehicle retrogrades, the vehicle firstly rolls on an early warning block, the early warning block moves downwards into a telescopic groove, and at the moment, the early warning block which rapidly descends drives a knocking rod to knock a vibrating plate in the knocking groove through a driving groove, so that early warning is conducted on the retrograde vehicle.
