The invention discloses a retrograde motion preventing mechanism for a motor vehicle lane. The retrograde motion preventing mechanism comprises a foundation, wherein a liquid storage tank is horizontally formed in the foundation; sliding grooves are symmetrically formed in the liquid storage tank; a permanent magnet rod is horizontally arranged in each sliding groove. The multiple permanent magnetrods are jointly sleeved with a piston plate. Each permanent magnet rod is sleeved with a conductive spring; containing grooves and driving grooves are symmetrically formed in the foundation from topto bottom in sequence, a T-shaped plate is connected in each driving groove in a sealed and sliding mode, the upper end of each T-shaped plate extends into the corresponding containing groove and isconnected with a deceleration strip, and a placing groove is formed in the inner bottom wall of the side, away from the corresponding driving groove, of the liquid storage groove. Only when the motorvehicle runs reversely, the motor vehicle can be warned and intercepted, the normal running vehicle is not affected, the automation degree is high, meanwhile, evidence can be obtained for the rushing-through vehicle, and the functionality is high.
