Portable soil nail installing machine
The invention discloses a portable soil nail installing machine. The portable soil nail installing machine comprises a machine frame, wherein a movable workbench is hinged to the machine frame, meanwhile a pull rod is slidably arranged on the machine frame, one end of the pull rod is hinged to the movable workbench, the other end of the pull rod is in threaded connection with an adjusting screw, and the adjusting screw is rotationally arranged on the machine frame and connected with an adjusting shaft through a bevel gear; and when the portable soil nail installing machine is used, the adjusting screw is driven to rotate through the adjusting shaft, then the movable workbench is driven to rotate, so that the inclination angle of the movable workbench is adjusted, and after the portable soil nail installing machine is properly adjusted, workers push soil nails in an arc-shaped sliding groove into soil nail holes, so that installation of the soil nails is completed. Compared with the prior art, lifting of the whole soil nails is completed through equipment, manual lifting or other hoisting equipment is not needed, and use is convenient; and meanwhile, the angle stability of the soilnails is high in the installation process, therefore, the soil nails are always highly matched with the soil nail holes in the installation process, the installation is smoother, the labor intensity of the workers is reduced, and the installation quality and efficiency are improved.
本发明提供一种便携式土钉安装机，包括机架，机架上铰接有活动工作台，同时在机架上还滑动设置有拉杆，拉杆的一端与活动工作台铰接，另一端丝扣连接调节丝杠，调节丝杠转动设置于机架上，并通过锥齿轮与调节轴相连；本发明使用时通过调节轴带动调节丝杠旋转，进而带动活动工作台转动，实现活动工作台倾斜角度的调节，调整合适后，工人将弧形滑槽内的土钉推入土钉孔中即可完成土钉的安装；与现有技术相比，整个土钉的举升均通过设备完成，不需要人工举升或占用其他起吊设备，使用方便；而安装过程中土钉的角度稳定性高，因此土钉在安装过程中始终与土钉孔保持高度契合，安装更加平顺，不但降低了工人的劳动强度，还提高了安装质量和效率。
