ROTATIONAL TIP DEVICE OF SOIL NAIL FOR INSTALLING INTO SLOPE HOLE
The present invention provides a distal-end member of a soil nail including: a distal-end fixing body (110) coupled to surround a distal-end of a deformed reinforcing bar inserted into a drilled hole; a fixing ring (120) coupled to the rear end of the distal-end fixing body to fix the distal-end fixing body; a distal-end rotary body (130) coupled to be rotatable to the distal-end of the distal-end fixing body; and a bearing (140) disposed between the distal-end fixing body and the distal-end rotary body. As the deformed reinforcing bar performs a linear movement in a lengthwise direction of the drilled hole, the deformed reinforcing bar enters the inside of the drilled hole while the distal-end rotary body rotates around the deformed reinforcing bar. According to the configuration, the present invention allows a deformed reinforcing bar to be easily inserted into a drilled hole on a sloped surface in construction sites, and has an advantageous effect having a function of preventing the deformed reinforcing bar from being out of the drilled hole after grouting.
본 발명은, 천공홀에 삽입되는 이형철근의 선단을 감싸면서 결합되는 선단고정체(110); 상기 선단고정체의 후단에 결합되어 선단고정체를 고정하는 고정링(120); 상기 선단고정체의 선단에 회전가능하게 결합되는 선단 회전뭉치(130); 및 상기 선단고정체와 선단 회전뭉치 사이에 구비되는 베어링(140);을 포함하고, 상기 이형철근이 천공홀 길이방향으로 직선운동함에 따라 선단 회전뭉치는 상기 이형철근을 축으로 하는 회전운동을 하면서 이형철근이 천공홀 내부로 진입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소일네일용 선단부재를 제공한다. 본 발명은 상기 구성에 의해서, 토목 현장에서 이형철근을 사면 천공홀에 용이하게 투입할 수 있는 효과가 발생하며, 또한 그라우팅 후에는 이형철근이 천공홀에서 빠짐을 방지하는 기능도 발휘되는 유리한 효과가 발생한다.
