Connection joint of upper and lower layer composite walls and construction method thereof
The invention provides a connection joint of upper and lower layer composite walls. The upper composite wall, the lower composite wall and a composite floor are included; the composite floor is arranged at the end, close to the upper composite wall, of the lower composite wall, and the composite floor and cast-in-situ concrete on the lower composite wall form a cast-in-situ layer; the side, closeto the upper composite wall, of the cast-in-situ layer is provided with a groove, and the groove is internally provided with a supporting square rebar used for supporting the upper composite wall; thesupporting square rebar is connected with the upper composite wall and connected with the lower composite wall through the cast-in-situ layer. According to the connection joint, by arranging the groove, the positioning effect is achieved, a post-casting layer of the upper composite wall stretches into the cast-in-situ layer of the lower composite wall, thus, connection between the composite wallsand the composite floor is firmer, and the anti-shear capacity of the connection position is improved; the upper composite wall is supported conveniently by arranging the supporting square rebar, fixing of the upper composite wall is facilitated by casting the cast-in-situ layer of the composite floor early, and time and labor are saved in the construction process; and in addition, the position height of the upper composite wall can be conveniently adjusted through the supporting square rebar, and the construction flexibility is improved.
本发明提出了一种上下层叠合墙的连接节点,包括上叠合墙、下叠合墙和叠合楼板,叠合楼板设置在下叠合墙靠近上叠合墙的一端,且叠合楼板与下叠合墙上现浇混凝土形成现浇层,所述现浇层靠近上叠合墙一侧设有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有用于支撑上叠合墙的支撑方筋,支撑方筋与上叠合墙连接,且支撑方筋通过现浇层与下叠合墙连接。本发明通过设置凹槽起到定位作用,并使得上叠合墙后浇层伸入下叠合墙现浇层内使得叠合墙与叠合楼板的连接更为牢固,增强了该连接处抗剪能力;通过设置支撑方筋便于支撑定位上叠合墙,通过先浇叠合楼板现浇层便于上叠合墙固定,使得施工过程更省时省力;并且支撑方筋便于调节上叠合墙位置高度,增加了施工灵活性。
