The cast-in-place concrete beam, the steel box beam and the H-shaped steel beam are all arranged between the upper horizontal outer ring plate and the lower horizontal outer ring plate and fixedly connected with the composite column outer steel pipe and the upper horizontal outer ring plate and the lower horizontal outer ring plate respectively.
