The sliding-type wall plate mounting structure comprises a plurality of horizontal guiderails and a plurality of elastic clamping pieces, wherein the multiple horizontal guide rails are fixedly connected to a wall face base layer, the multiple elastic clamping pieces comprise clamping parts and connecting plates, the clamping parts are provided with root parts with the triangular cross sections, the connecting plates are fixedly connected to first corners of the root parts, first clamping plates are fixedly connected to second corners of the root parts, second clamping plates are fixedly connected to third corners of the root parts, the second clamping plates are provided with V-shaped plate bodies, the elastic clamping pieces are clamped into rail grooves of the horizontal guide rails, then the first clamping plates jack the groove bottoms of the rail grooves, the second clamping plates jack the inner sides of the groove edges of the rail grooves, the connecting plates are perpendicular to the first clamping plates, the free ends of the connecting plates are fixedly connected to the edges of a wall plate. The invention further provides a mounting method. The mounted wall plate can be flatter, meanwhile mounting is firmer, the manufacturing and mounting costs are lowered, and the non-fireproof problem is also solved.
