The invention discloses a clearance and conveying device for building waste in a high-rise construction building and a clearance and conveying method of the device. The device comprises a frame, wheels installed on the bottom of the frame, a framework fixedly installed in the frame, a shoveling assembly arranged in the middle of the framework, a conveying assembly which is located on the rear sideof the shoveling assembly and is adjacent to the shoveling assembly, a storage box located on the rear side of the conveying assembly and a driving box fixed to the top in the framework. According tothe clearance and conveying device, the shoveling assembly and a division assembly separate the waste from the ground and collect the waste, the labor is not needed in the whole process, and the waste clearance efficiency is greatly improved. The general waste can also be picked up and collected, and the application range is wide.
