Automatic conveying system for high-rise building construction waste
The invention provides an automatic conveying system for high-rise building construction waste. A conveying channel is composed of a plurality of vertical conveying cylinder sections and a plurality of inclined conveying cylinder sections. A bottom-inclined conveying cylinder section is arranged at the lowest end, and assembling can be carried out according to buildings of different heights. A vertical buffering cylinder and an energy-absorption conveying cabin are adopted. The vertical buffering cylinder is used for buffering and decelerating the building construction waste with large impactforce in the vertical conveying cylinder sections again. The energy-absorption conveying cabin is used for carrying and transferring the building construction waste, and the problems of energy absorption and deceleration of the building construction waste with large impact force at the conveying tail end are well solved. The system is reasonable in structure, multiple times of interception and speed reduction can be conducted in the conveying channel, the impact force is greatly reduced, noise is reduced, the building construction waste is conveyed in the closed channel in the whole process, the conveying efficiency is high, the safety is improved, raised dust is avoided, and the environment-friendly construction requirement is met.
