The invention provides a concrete pouring process. The concrete pouring process comprises the steps that first, a heat insulation shed is built, then steel bars are bound, a framework is mounted, concrete is poured, and finally, concrete maintenance is conducted, wherein during binding of the steel bars, heating wires and the steel bars are bound together, after concrete pouring is conducted for 1.5 to 2 hours, the heating wires are connected to conduct electrical heating on the concrete to prevent the concrete from freezing or cracking, after the concrete meets design strength, electrical heating starts to be stopped, and the cooling rate of the concrete is less than 5 DEG C/h when electrical heating is stopped. Concrete pouring in the concrete pouring process adopts a heat insulation shed pouring way, and the heat insulation shed should be higher no less than 0.5 meter than the top ends of the steel bars. The concrete pouring process adopts an electrical heating way to conduct heat insulation and maintenance on the concrete to prevent the concrete from freezing or cracking.
