Concrete pouring process
Provided is a concrete pouring process. The process includes the steps that S1, finished concrete is placed in a pouring site, and remote monitoring is conducted on the pouring site; and S2, a monitoring room sends a instruction of processing the whole vehicle materials, and the slump of the concrete is adjusted in a mode of adding a water reducing agent. According to the concrete pouring process,on the one hand, through remote monitoring, the slump condition of the concrete can be accurately obtained and adjusted in time, so that the segregation or layering phenomenon of the concrete is effectively avoided; and the water content between adjacent layers is kept the same or close, so that the working efficiency is greatly improved, and new concrete does not need to be blended again. On theother hand, the monitoring room sends the instruction of processing the whole vehicle materials, and at the moment, the method of adding the water reducing agent for multiple times is considered to improve the slump of the concrete according to the retention time of the concrete, so that the situation that the concrete is not segregated or layered, and components are not changed is guaranteed. Moreover, the vibrated concrete can be prevented from entering free water and bubbling.
