The invention discloses a preparation method of high-impermeability concrete. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, weighing 50-80 parts by weight of fly ash, 30-40 parts by weightof blast furnace slag powder, 15-20 parts by weight of silica fume, 10-15 parts by weight of a grinding aid, 20-30 parts by weight of a water reducing agent, 200-300 parts by weight of cement, 100-120parts by weight of sand, 60-80 parts by weight of broken stone and 110-150 parts by weight of water; 2, adding fly ash, blast furnace slag powder, silica fume and a grinding aid into ball milling equipment, and carrying out mixed grinding to obtain composite mineral ultrafine powder for later use; 3, mixing cement, sand and the composite mineral ultrafine powder to obtain a mixture, adding crushed stone, and stirring to obtain a raw material; 4, fully stirring a water reducing agent and water, adding the mixture into the raw materials, and stirring for 15-20 minutes to obtain a concrete mixture; and 5, loading the concrete mixture into a mold, standing, removing the mold after hardening, and curing according to a conventional curing mode to obtain the high-impermeability concrete.
