Preparation method for steel slag grating
The invention discloses a steel slag grating and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) pre-pressing: a step of mixing all raw material components of the steel slag grating, putting an obtained mixture into a grating mold, and carrying out vibration pre-pressing so as to form a single-layer grating plate; and 2) compression molding: a step of placingsteel bar lifting lugs onto the single-layer grating plate, then correspondingly placing one single-layer grating plate, and carrying out vibration compression molding so as to obtain the steel slaggrating with a double-layer structure. According to the invention, by adoption of mold stamping, the size of a formed grating is standard; meanwhile, the compactness of the formed grating is increased; and the strength and the temperature resistance degree of the grating are improved.
一种钢渣格栅及其制备方法，包括如下步骤：1)预压：将钢渣格栅的各原料组分混合后放入格栅模具中进行振动预压形成单层格栅板；2)压制成型：在单层格栅板上放置钢筋吊耳，然后再对应放置一个单层格栅板，进一步振动压制成型获得双层结构的钢渣格栅。本申请中采用模具冲压，形成的格栅尺寸标准，而且形成的格栅的密实度增大，提高了格栅的强度和耐温程度。
