Fiber-reinforced steel slag grating plate and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a fiber-reinforced steel slag grating plate and a preparation method thereof; the steel slag grating plate is prepared by taking steel slag powder and slag powder as cementingmaterials, taking steel slag particles as aggregates and taking polypropylene fiber as a reinforcing material through a compression molding process. The grating plate prepared by compression moldingdoes not use cement or uses less cement as a cementing material, and the use of water is reduced; the breaking strength of the grating plate is improved by utilizing the polypropylene fibers, so thatsteel fibers do not need to be configured and the cost and the weight are reduced. Besides, the grating product prepared by compression molding has higher strength than the grating plate prepared by acasting molding process, so that the maintenance time is short, the occupied area is small, and factory streamlined operation and environmental protection are facilitated.
本发明涉及一种纤维增强钢渣格栅板及其制备方法,该钢渣格栅板以钢渣粉、矿渣粉为胶凝材料,以钢渣颗粒为骨料,以聚丙烯纤维作为增强材料,利用压制成型工艺制备得到。本发明利用压制成型制备的格栅板不用水泥或少用水泥作为胶凝材,减少水的使用,并利用聚丙烯纤维增加格栅板的抗折强度,无需配置钢纤维降低成本和重量,且压制成型制备的格栅产品较浇筑成型工艺制备的格栅板强度高,养护时间短占地面积小,有利于实现工厂流水化作业并利于环保。
