CERAMIC MATRIX COMPOSITE FOR TRANSMITTING ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE AND METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a ceramic composite material for radio wave transmission and, more specifically to a ceramic composite material for radio wave transmission, which synthesizes a silicone-based resin, forms silicone-based resin-impregnated preform by vacuum impregnating the silicone-based resin into the preform, forms a preliminary ceramic composite by curing the preform impregnated with the silicone-based resin, and is produced by thermal-decomposing the preliminary ceramic composite material, thereby reducing the content of impurities including carbon to transmit radio waves, and to a production method thereof.
본 발명은 전파투과용 세라믹 복합재에 관한 것으로, 실리콘계 수지를 합성하고, 상기 실리콘계 수지를 프리폼에 진공 함침시켜 실리콘계 수지가 함침된 프리폼이 형성되고, 상기 실리콘계 수지가 함침된 프리폼을 경화시켜 예비 세라믹 복합재가 형성되고, 상기 예비 세라믹 복합재를 열분해되어 제조된 것으로 탄소를 포함한 불순물의 함량을 감소시켜 전파의 투과가 가능한 전파투과용 세라믹 복합재 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
