High-water-reducing water reducing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete additives, and relates to a preparation method of a high-water-reducing water reducing agent. The method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing deionized water and a composition A; S2, dropwise adding an initiator, a monomer B, a monomer C, a reducing agent and a chain transfer agent, and performing reacting; and S3, adjusting the pH to 6-8, wherein the cleaning agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 3-5 parts of deionized water, 10-35 parts of a composition A, 1-3 parts of an initiator, 10-15 parts of a monomer B,15-20 parts of a monomer C, 3-5 parts of a reducing agent and 1-3 parts of a chain transfer agent, the composition A is formed by mixing one or more monomers A, the molecular structure of the monomerA is shown in the specification, R3 is an alkenyl group, the monomer B is any one of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid or ethylacrylic acid, and the monomer C is any one of acrylamide or 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid. The preparation method has the effect that the water reducing rate of the prepared water reducing agent is not easily influenced by the mud content and the powder content of the aggregate.
