The invention discloses a rebuilding structure and method for newly building a tunnel entrance through an existing tunnel rebuilding structure. The rebuilding structure comprises the existing tunnel and a newly-built tunnel, a first opening is formed in the side portion of the existing tunnel, the newly-built tunnel is connected to the first opening of the existing tunnel, and an included angle isformed between the existing tunnel and the newly-built tunnel; and a newly-built lining structure is arranged on the inner side of the existing tunnel, and the newly-built lining structure and the newly-built tunnel are of an integrated structure. According to the rebuilding structure, a part of the structure is dismantled on the basis of the existing tunnel for rebuilding, most of the structureof the existing tunnel is reserved, and the effect of supporting surrounding rocks is still achieved in the construction period.
