Assembly shear wall and construction method thereof
The invention relates to an assembly shear wall and a construction method thereof. The assembly shear wall comprises a prefabricated plate, a fishplate attached and fixed on the edges of the prefabricated plate, and a fixing frame enclosing and fixed on the edge of the fishplate. According to the assembly shear wall, the fishplate encloses and is fixed on the edge of the prefabricated plate, and the strength of the edge of the prefabricated plate is increased by using the fishplate; in addition, the prefabricated plate is embedded in the fixing frame, and the fishplate is fixed with the fixingframe, so that the prefabricated plate is fixed to the fixing frame through the fishplate; the prefabricated plate is enclosed by the fixing frame, so that the edge of the prefabricated plate is prevented from colliding and protected, and the firmness of the integral structure is also enhanced; and the problems in the prior art that a prefabricated plate is firstly machined and then transported to a construction site to be assembled into a shear wall, but the edge of the prefabricated plate is prone to collision and damage in the transportation process, and the construction quality of the shear wall is affected are solved.
本发明涉及一种装配式剪力墙及其施工方法,其中装配式剪力墙包括:预制板;贴设固定于预制板边沿的鱼尾板;以及围设固定于鱼尾板边沿的固定框。本发明通过采用鱼尾板围合固定于预制板的边沿,利用鱼尾板增加预制板的边沿的强度。此外,还将预制板嵌设于固定框内并将鱼尾板和固定框固定,从而预制板通过鱼尾板固定于固定框。利用固定框将预制板围合起来,避免预制板的边沿发生碰撞,保护了预制板的边沿,也增强整体结构的牢固性。解决了现有技术中先加工成预制板,然后再运至施工现场装配成剪力墙。但是在此过程中预制板的边沿易碰撞受损,影响剪力墙的施工质量的问题。
