The invention discloses a hinge and a freezer with the hinge. When a second hinge component rotates relative to a first hinge component, resistance can be generated to avoid the condition that rotation is too fast, and the purpose that the large resistance is generated only after the second hinge component rotates a certain angle relative to the first hinge component is easy to achieve. The hingecomprises the first hinge component and the second hinge component, the first hinge component and the second hinge component are connected through a rotating central shaft in a rotating mode, the rotating central shaft is fixed to the first hinge component, a torsional coil spring is wound on the rotating central shaft, the second hinge component can rotate between the first position and the second position relative to the first hinge component, at the first position, the torsional coil spring looses the rotating central shaft, the two end sides of the torsional coil spring are limited by thefirst hinge component and the second hinge component to generate the elastic restoring force enabling the second hinge component to rotate towards the second position, and before the second hinge component arrives at the second position, the torsional coil spring starts to enclasp the rotating central shaft.
