The invention provides a hinge and a freezer. The hinge comprises an upper hinge plate, a lower hinge plate, a first connecting shaft, a second connecting shaft and an elastic device. The upper hinge plate and the lower hinge plate are rotationally connected through a first connecting shaft; the upper hinge plate is connected with the second connecting shaft; the second connecting shaft comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part, the first connecting part is of a cylinder structure, the second connecting part is a cam shaft, and the section of the second connecting part is ellipsoidal; the lower hinge plate rotates along the first connecting shaft to drive the first connecting part to slide along the limiting hole; one end of the elastic device is connected with the second connecting part; and the other end of the elastic device is connected with the lower hinge plate. The second connecting part is arranged in the mode that in the rotating process of the cam shaft on the upper hinge plate, the second connecting shaft and the elastic device generate larger normal force, larger torque is provided for the refrigerator door body, the second connecting part is of a cam shaft structure, a more reasonable hovering angle can be set, and the problem that the hovering effect of the hinge is poor is solved.
