The device comprises a vertical rod, wherein the bottom of the vertical rod is fixedly connected with a box body, a through hole is formed in a right side wall of the box body, the through hole is rotationally connected with a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is fixedly sleeved with an arc-shaped block, two ends of each arc-shaped block penetrate through the through hole and extend outwards, a right side wall of the arc-shaped block is fixedly connected with a camera, a bottom of an inner wall of the box body is rotationallyconnected with a reciprocating screw rod through a first bearing, a movable sliding block nut is sleeved to a rod wall of the reciprocating screw rod, a limiting rod is further vertically arranged inthe box body, one end of the limiting rod penetrates through the movable sliding block nut and extends outwards, two ends of the limiting rod are fixedly connected with an inner wall of the box body correspondingly, and an L-shaped rod is fixedly connected with a side wall of the side, opposite to the arc-shaped block, of the movable sliding block nut. The device is advantaged in that the situation below a bridge can be conveniently detected, labor intensity is reduced, moreover, an angle of the camera can be adjusted, a monitoring range is widened, and people can use the device conveniently.
