The invention discloses a bridge detection and maintenance device which comprises a supporting bottom plate, and a preservative liquid containing box is fixed to a buffering supporting plate; an upper supporting plate is connected to the preservative liquid containing box. The upper supporting plate is in threaded connection with a connecting rod in the circumferential direction. A motor is arranged on the connecting rod; a propeller is arranged on the motor; the upper supporting plate is connected with a stepping motor; the output end of the stepping motor is connected with a connecting column head; the connecting column head is fixedly connected with the limiting support column; an electric push rod is fixedly connected to the limiting supporting column. The telescopic end of the electric push rod is connected with a limiting carrier plate; and a network camera is arranged on the limiting carrier plate. The bridge detection and maintenance device is convenient to use, operate, mount and dismount, has a buffering effect, avoids the situation that a worker climbs up or down to detect bridges at different positions, omits the situation that the worker directly goes to the bridge for detection, reduces the risk that the worker falls from the high position, is safer, and can also detect different positions of the bridge.
