The invention relates to the field of bridge maintenance, in particular to a bridge detection and maintenance device, which comprises a push frame and an accelerated forming device, wherein the accelerated forming device is arranged on the push frame; a trowelling device is installed at the bottom of the accelerated forming device, a trowelling impeller assembly is installed on the trowelling device, and an air preheating system is connected to the trowelling impeller assembly; the trowelling impeller assembly is provided with a plurality of trowelling plates which are annularly distributed, scrapers are perpendicularly fixed to the trowelling plates, and circulating ventilation cavities are formed in the trowelling plates and communicated with theair preheating system. The trowelling plate and the scraper on the trowelling impeller assembly are matched to trowel the bridge floor repairing material; and meanwhile, the air preheating system preheats the bridge floor repairing material through a circulating ventilation cavity formed in the trowelling plate, forming is accelerated, then the bridge floor repairing material is preheated in the bridge floor repairing material trowellingprocess, forming is accelerated, the repairing speed is high, the repairing efficiency is high, and the situation that after repairing is conducted fora traditional device, roadblocks need to be specially arranged or people need to be specially left for guarding is avoided.
