The deceleration strip is advantaged in that the height of the deceleration strip can be set in a targeted mode according to the vehicle speed, the vehicle weight and an axle distance of coming vehicles, so vehicle passing difficulty is set in a targeted mode, passing difficulty of non-illegal vehicles is lowered, the vehicles pass stably at a constant speed, smooth traffic is guaranteed, and the punitive passing height can be set for an illegal vehicle decelerationstrip.
