The invention relates to the technical field of a pavement speed reducer and invention relates to an intelligent deceleration strip. The deceleration strip comprises a deceleration strip, a rear gravity sensor arranged in front of the deceleration strip and a front gravity sensor arranged in front of the rear gravity sensor, wherein the deceleration strip comprises a floating plate, measuring plates arranged on two sides of the floating plate, an up-down driving part which is arranged below the floating plate and used for supporting and driving the floating plate to move up and down, and sidebuffers, each side buffer comprises a hinge part and a buffer assembly connected with the hinge part and used for adjusting the buffer force, two sides of the floating plate are hinged to one sides ofthe two measuring plates respectively, and the hinge parts of the side buffers are hinged to the other sides of the side plates. The deceleration strip is advantaged in that the height of the deceleration strip can be set in a targeted mode according to the vehicle speed, the vehicle weight and an axle distance of coming vehicles, so vehicle passing difficulty is set in a targeted mode, passing difficulty of non-illegal vehicles is lowered, the vehicles pass stably at a constant speed, smooth traffic is guaranteed, and the punitive passing height can be set for an illegal vehicle decelerationstrip.
