Intelligent deceleration strip
The invention relates to an intelligent deceleration strip and effectively solves a problem that an existing deceleration strip cannot be automatically folded according to the automobile speed. The deceleration strip comprises a deceleration strip body, wherein a box body is arranged below the deceleration strip body, rectangular grooves are formed in a left side wall and a right side wall of thebox body, a vertical plate and a plurality of transverse plates which are stacked up and down are mounted in each rectangular groove, a vertical ejector rod is mounted on a lower surface of an ejectorplate, a lower end of the ejector rod extends into the box body, an annular sleeve is arranged in the box body, a circle of ratchets are arranged on an inner wall of the annular sleeve, a rotary discis arranged in the annular sleeve, a radial blind hole is formed in a side wall of the rotary disc, a sliding block capable of sliding in the hole is installed in the blind hole, a pull rope is connected between an outer wall of the annular sleeve and the two vertical plates, the top plate is pressed downwards to drive the rotary disc to rotate, and therefore the sliding block extends into the ratchet due to centrifugal force to drive the annular sleeve to rotate to pull the transverse plate out to brake the ejector rod. The deceleration strip is advantaged in that the deceleration strip canautomatically adapt to the automobile speed, and is intelligent, efficient, simple and ingenious in structure and high in practicability.
本发明涉及一种智能减速带,有效的解决了目前减速带不能根据车速自动收起的问题;解决的技术方案包括减速带本体,减速带本体下方设有一个箱体,箱体的左右侧壁上均开有矩形槽,每个矩形槽内均安装有一个竖板和多个上下叠放的横板,顶板的下表面安装有一个竖向的顶杆,顶杆下端伸入箱体内,箱体内设有一个环形套,环形套的内壁上设有一圈棘齿,环形套内设有一个转盘,转盘的侧壁上开有径向的盲孔,盲孔内安装有可在孔内滑动的滑块,环形套外壁与两个竖板之间连接有拉绳,顶板下压可带动转盘转动,从而使滑块由于离心力伸至棘齿内带动环形套转动将横板拉出对顶杆制动;本发明能自动适应车速,智能高效,且结构简单巧妙,实用性强。
