According to the intelligent deceleration strip, whether the vehicle speed exceeds the limited speed can be judged, and the intelligent deceleration strip can protrude out of the road surface to force the vehicle to bump and decelerate for the vehicle higher than the limited speed; for a vehicle lower than the limit, the vehicle can press theintelligent deceleration strip into the road surface, so that the vehicle stably passes through the deceleration strip, and the vehicle is prevented from jolting. Meanwhile, the intelligent deceleration strip can set the limited speed and set the working time period. The intelligent deceleration strip has a power generation function, external power supply is not needed, and the voltage is a safetyvoltage lower than 36v.
