Maintenance wallboard and wall system thereof
The invention discloses a maintenance wallboard and a wall system thereof. The maintenance wallboard comprises an inner rib structure and inorganic material filling plates arranged on the two sides ofthe inner rib structure; a plurality of penetrating holes are formed in the inner rib structure; and the inorganic material filling plates on the two sides penetrate through the holes in the inner rib structure and are connected into a whole. When the wallboard is maintained, fluid inorganic filler materials on the two sides can penetrate through the penetrating holes in the inner rib structure and condense into a whole. Even if the middle inner rib structure is melted at high temperature, the inorganic filling material plates on the two sides are condensed into a whole, so that the inorganicfilling material plates on the two sides are complete and do not separate, and the maintenance wallboard does not collapse. The maintenance wallboards can be conveniently and freely spliced into thewall system, and an indoor partition wall can be independently formed; and the maintenance wallboard can also be fixed to a main wall of a building as a decorative plate, and has the effects of heat preservation, fire prevention and the like. The wall system is convenient to construct, low in cost, capable of being used for secondary disassembly and wide in application range.
本发明公开了一种维护墙板及其墙体系统，维护墙板包括内肋结构及设于内肋结构两侧的无机材料填充板；内肋结构上设有若干穿透的孔；两侧的无机材料填充板穿过内肋结构上的孔并连接为一个整体。维护墙板制作时，两侧的流质的无机填充材料可以穿过内肋结构上的穿透的孔，凝结为一个整体。即使高温时中间的内肋结构溶化，因为两侧的无机填充材料板凝结为一个整体，因此两侧的无机填充材料板还是完整的，不会分离，维护墙板不会垮塌。维护墙板能够很方便地自由拼接成墙体系统，可以独立形成室内分隔墙；也可以固定于建筑物主墙体上，作为装饰板，起到保温、防火等作用。墙体系统施工方便，成本低廉，可以二次拆卸利用，应用范围广泛。
