The invention discloses a lifting device and a tower bracket, wherein the lifting device is used for lifting a tower unit and comprises a base, a drive assembly, a sliding base and a first locking piece, wherein the base is provided with an installation position which is used for installing the tower unit, the drive assembly is arranged on the base, the sliding base is connected with the output end of the drive assembly and located above the base, the drive assembly is used for driving the sliding base to move in a direction away from or near the base, a lifting hole is formed in the sliding base, the lifting hole penetrates through the sliding base along the movement direction of the drive assembly, the lifting hole is arranged correspondingly to the installation position, and the liftinghole is used for accommodating the tower unit; the first locking piece is movably arranged on the sliding base, and the sliding base is locked or unlocked with the tower unit accommodated in the lifting hole through the first locking piece. According to the invention, the problem that the traditional lifting device cannot flexibly adjust the height is solved through the relative displacement of the sliding base under the drive assembly.
