Method for preparing composite polycarboxylate superplasticizer from straws
The invention provides a method for preparing a composite polycarboxylate superplasticizer from straws. The method comprises the following steps: drying the straws in the sun, crushing, carrying out acidolysis by using a dilute hydrochloric acid solution, and reacting the treated wet powder with sodium sulfite and 1,3-propylsultone in an isopropanol solution of sodium hydroxide to obtain modifiedcellulose; and mixing the modified cellulose with a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and reacting to obtain the modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The straws are modified and then added intothe polycarboxylate superplasticizer, so that the water reducing rate of the superplasticizer and the strength of concrete can be remarkably improved.
本发明提供了一种利用秸秆制备复合聚羧酸减水剂的方法，先将秸秆晒干后破碎，采用稀盐酸溶液进行酸解，再将处理后的湿粉在氢氧化钠的异丙醇溶液中与亚硫酸钠、1,3‑丙基磺酸内酯反应，得到改性纤维素；然后将改性纤维素与聚羧酸减水剂混合，反应，即得。本发明将秸秆进行改性处理后加至聚羧酸减水剂中，可以显著提高减水剂的减水率和混凝土强度。

The invention provides a method for preparing a composite polycarboxylate superplasticizer from straws.
