The invention discloses compression-resistant and carbonization-resistant recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of concrete. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: 250 to 290 parts of cement, 55 to 70 parts of silica fume, 30 to 45 parts of fly ash, 1050 to 1120 parts of a modified recycled coarse aggregate, 700 to 730 parts of sand, 10 to 15 parts of redispersible latex powder, 3 to 5 parts of a water reducing agent and 140 to 160 parts of water; 100 parts of sodium silicate with the mass concentration of 5%, 20-30 parts ofdiatomite, 10-20 parts of zeolite powder, 8-15 parts of colloidal graphite powder and 1-3 parts of a silane coupling agent are mixed to be uniform to obtain an aggregate modification solution, and recycled coarse aggregate raw materials are soaked in the aggregate modification solution, drained and roasted for 1-2 h at the temperature of 180-200 DEG C to obtain the modified recycled coarse aggregate; and the concrete is prepared by preparing the modified recycled coarse aggregate; uniformly mixing the cement, the sand, the redispersible latex powder and the water, adding the modified recycledcoarse aggregate, uniformly mixing, adding the water reducing agent, the silica fume and the fly ash, and uniformly mixing. The concrete disclosed by the invention completely adopts the modified recycled coarse aggregate as a coarse aggregate, and the finally prepared concrete has the characteristics of compression resistance and carbonization resistance.
本发明公开了一种抗压抗碳化再生混凝土及其制备方法,属于混凝土的技术领域。混凝土的原料包括水泥250‑290份、硅灰55‑70份、粉煤灰30‑45份、改性再生粗骨料1050‑1120份、砂700‑730份、可再分散乳胶粉10‑15份、减水剂3‑5份、水140‑160份。改性再生粗骨料的制备:将质量浓度为5%的水玻璃100份、硅藻土20‑30份、沸石粉10‑20份、胶体石墨粉8‑15份、硅烷偶联剂1‑3份混合均匀得骨料改性液,将再生粗骨料原料浸泡其中,沥干,180‑200℃下焙烧1‑2h。混凝土的制备:制备改性再生粗骨料;将水泥、砂、可再分散乳胶粉、水混合均匀,加入改性再生粗骨料混合均匀,加入减水剂、硅灰和粉煤灰混合均匀。本发明的混凝土全部采用改性再生粗骨料作为粗骨料,且最终配制的混凝土具有抗压抗碳化的特点。
