Compression-resistant and carbonization-resistant recycled concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to compression-resistant and carbonization-resistant recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof. The compression-resistant and carbonization-resistant recycled concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight; 310 to 450 parts of cement; 180 to 240 parts of water; 405 to 670 parts of sand; 285 to 327 parts of natural coarse aggregate; and 650-764 parts of recycled coarse aggregate. According to the compression-resistant and carbonization-resistant recycled concrete and the preparation method thereof, different types of aggregates are added into the concrete, so that pores of the recycled concrete are effectively filled, the compactness of the recycled concrete is improved, the CO2 diffusion speed is slowed down, the carbonization depth of the recycled concrete is reduced, and the carbonization resistance of the recycled concrete is improved; the development and utilization of the recycled fine aggregate can promote the cyclic recycling of the building wastes, and meanwhile, the waste building wastes are recycled as renewable resources to be applied to the production of building materials, so that good benefits are generated for the economy, the environment and the society in China, and the popularization and application in the concrete recycling process can be accelerated.
本发明涉及一种抗压抗碳化再生混凝土及其制备方法,包括如下重量份的原料;水泥310‑450份;水180‑240份;砂405‑670份;天然粗骨料285‑327份;再生粗骨料650‑764份。该抗压抗碳化再生混凝土及其制备方法,在再说混凝土中加入不同类型的骨料,使得再生混凝土的孔隙得到有效填充,提高了再生混凝土的致密性,从而减缓了CO2扩散速度,减少了再生混凝土的碳化深度进而提高了再生混凝土的抗碳化性能,对再生细骨料的开发利用可以促进建筑废弃物的循环再生利用,同时将废弃建筑垃圾回收利用作为可再生资源应用在建筑材料生产中,对我国的经济、环境、社会将产生良好的效益,可加快再生混凝土过程中的推广应用。
