Compression-resistant and carbonization-resistant recycled concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses compression-resistant and carbonization-resistant recycled concrete which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 25 to 70 parts of water, 50 to 150 parts of cement, 100 to 300 parts of sand, 200 to 600 parts of building waste stone, 10 to 20 parts of polyethylene fiber and 2 to 3 parts of a concrete modifier, and further discloses a preparation method of the compression-resistant and carbonization-resistant recycled concrete. The method comprises the steps that sand and building waste stones are put into drying equipment to be dried, and the water content of the sand and the building waste stones is reduced; putting the cement, the dried sand and the building waste stones into stirring equipment together, then adding polyethylene fibers into the stirring equipment through an inclined auxiliary pipeline, and stirring for 2-3 minutes; and adding water and the concrete modifier into the stirring equipment, and continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain the concrete product. According to the invention, the compression resistance and carbonization resistance of the concrete are improved, and the concrete can be regenerated.
