The invention discloses a graphene oxide/silicate stable dispersion system, a preparation method thereof and a silicate coating. The graphene oxide/silicate stable dispersion system comprises, by mass, 5-60 parts of silicate and 0.01-1 part of modified graphene oxide, wherein the modified graphene oxide is prepared by dispersing graphene oxide into amino sugar. The amino sugar containing high-activity amino functional groups is used for carrying out modification treatment on graphene oxide, and a grafting reaction is carried out on amino functional groups of amino sugar and carboxyl and epoxygroups on the surface of the graphene oxide, so grafting of amino sugar on the surface of graphene oxide is realized, thereby the dispersion stability of the system is greatly improved; and additionally, the amino sugar also contains a plurality of hydrophilic hydroxyl groups, so the dispersion performance of the graphene oxide in water can be further improved, and the dispersion stability of thesystem is further improved.
本发明公开了一种氧化石墨烯/硅酸盐稳定分散系、制备方法及硅酸盐涂料,该氧化石墨烯/硅酸盐稳定分散系包括以下质量份的原料:5~60质量份的硅酸盐和0.01~1质量份的改性氧化石墨烯,所述改性氧化石墨烯由氧化石墨烯分散于氨基糖中制得。本发明利用含有高活性氨基官能团的氨基糖对氧化石墨烯进行改性处理,利用氨基糖的氨基官能团与氧化石墨烯表面的羧基、环氧基进行接枝反应,从而实现氨基糖在氧化石墨烯表面的接枝,从而大幅度提高了体系的分散稳定性,此外氨基糖上还含有诸多的亲水性羟基,能够进一步提高氧化石墨烯在水中的分散性能,从而进一步提高体系的分散稳定性。
