The invention provides polyether ester, a preparation method thereof, a polycarboxylic acid type cement grinding aid prepared from the polyether ester, and a preparation method of the polycarboxylic acid type cement grinding aid. The polyether ester has a structure shown as a formula I, wherein R1 is selected from one or more of an ethylenediamine group, a triethanolamine group, a triisopropanolamine group, a diethylenetriamine group and a triethylenetetramine group, R2 is selected from one or more of -CH2CH2O- , -CH(CH3)CH2O- and -CH2CH(CH3)O-, R3 is hydrogen or carboxyl, and n is an integerfrom 5 to 200. The polycarboxylic acid cement grinding aid has high adaptability, wherein the molecular structure can contain various functional groups, so that the controllability of cement particledispersion and cement hydration processes is realized, the sensitivity to raw materials is reduced, and the compounding of the functions of the grinding aid and a water reducing agent achieved; the preparation process is simple, benzene substances are not contained, and the polycarboxylic acid cement grinding aid is efficient and environment-friendly.
本发明提供一种聚醚酯及其制备方法,以及由该聚醚酯制得的聚羧酸系水泥助磨剂及其制备方法。所述聚醚酯具有如式Ⅰ所示的结构,其中,R选自乙二胺基、三乙醇胺基、三异丙醇胺基、二乙烯三胺基、三乙烯四胺基的一种或多种,R选自‑CHCHO‑,‑CH(CH)CHO‑和‑CHCH(CH)O‑的一种或多种,R为氢或羧基,n为5至200的整数。本发明的聚羧酸水泥助磨剂具有高适应性,分子结构中可含有多种功能性官能团,实现水泥颗粒分散、水泥水化过程的可控性,降低了对原材料的敏感程度,还实现了助磨剂与减水剂功能的复合,且制备工艺简单,不含苯类物质,高效环保。
