The invention relates to cement containing a polycarboxylic acid polyhydroxy ester type grinding aid, and the polycarboxylic acid polyhydroxy ester type cement grinding aid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 15-25 parts of monosodium itaconic acid monopolyhydroxyester, 2-4 parts of RAFT reagent, 0.2-0.4 part of initiator, 0.5-1 part of cosolvent and 70-100 parts of deionized water. The water-based group-polyhydroxy functional group in the structure of the grinding aid has a favorable lubricating effect in the cement grinding process, greatly enhances the thermal conversion efficiency in the grinding process, and can not agglomerate when the particle size of the cement is small due to the existence of double electric layers. The cement grinding aid is synthesized by adopting an RAFT technology, the molecular weight of the cement grinding aid is low (1800-4000), and the polydispersity index of the cement grinding aid is small (1.2-1.3); and the production process is simple, the performance is stable, and chloride ions are not contained.
本发明涉及一种含聚羧酸多羟基酯型助磨剂的水泥,聚羧酸多羟基酯型水泥助磨剂以重量份数计,其配方组成为:丙烯酸羟乙酯5‑10份、衣康酸单钠单多羟基酯15‑25份、RAFT试剂2‑4份、引发剂0.2‑0.4份、助溶剂0.5‑1份、去离子水70‑100份。本发明所述助磨剂结构中的水性化基团—多羟基官能团在水泥粉磨过程中润滑效果较好,大大增加了粉磨过程的热转化效率,同时由于双电层的存在水泥粒径较小时亦不会团聚;采用RAFT技术合成,所述水泥助磨剂的分子量低(1800‑4000),多分散系数小(1.2‑1.3);生产工艺简单,性能稳定,且不含氯离子。
