The invention relates to a preparation method of a polycarboxylic acid polyhydroxy ester type cement grinding aid, which comprises the following steps: under the condition of introducing nitrogen, sequentially adding hydroxyethyl acrylate, sodium itaconate mono-polyhydroxy ester, an RAFT reagent, a cosolvent, an initiator with the formula amount of 30-40% and deionized water with the formula amount of 80-90% into a reaction kettle; stirring and heating the solution to 75-80 DEG C until the solution is completely dissolved, slowly dropwise adding the residual initiator and the residual deionized water into the solution for 20-30 minutes, continuously reacting for 68 hours at 75-80 DEG C, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the polycarboxylic acid polyhydroxy ester type cement grindingaid. A water-based group-polyhydroxy functional group in the structure of the grinding aid has favorable lubricating effect in the cement grinding process, greatly enhances the thermal conversion efficiency in the grinding process, and can not agglomerate when the particle size of the cement is small due to the existence of the double electric layers. The cement grinding aid is synthesized by adopting an RAFT technology, the molecular weight of the cement grinding aid is low (1800-4000), and the polydispersity index of the cement grinding aid is small (1.2-1.3); the production process is simple, the performance is stable, and chloride ions are not contained.
本发明涉及一种聚羧酸多羟基酯型水泥助磨剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:在通氮气条件下,依次向反应釜中加入丙烯酸羟乙酯、衣康酸单钠单多羟基酯、RAFT试剂、助溶剂、配方量30‑40%的引发剂、配方量80‑90%的去离子水,搅拌并加热溶液至75‑80℃至完全溶解,然后向其中缓慢滴加剩余的引发剂、剩余的去离子水的溶液,20‑30min滴加完毕,75‑80℃继续反应6‑8h,冷却至室温,即得聚羧酸多羟基酯型水泥助磨剂。该助磨剂结构中的水性化基团—多羟基官能团在水泥粉磨过程中润滑效果较好,大大增加了粉磨过程的热转化效率,同时由于双电层的存在水泥粒径较小时亦不会团聚;采用RAFT技术合成,所述水泥助磨剂的分子量低(1800‑4000),多分散系数小(1.2‑1.3);生产工艺简单,性能稳定,且不含氯离子。
