Preparation method of wave-absorbing ferrite composite material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a wave-absorbing ferrite composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, adding citric acid and oxalic acid tetraacetic acid into water, dropwise adding ammonia water, stirring the solution until clear, dropwise adding a mixed aqueous solution of cobalt nitrate, ferric nitrate and manganese nitrate, adjusting the pH value to be neutral by using ammonia water, adding a dispersing agent, uniformly mixing the components, keeping the temperature, and performing standing treatment to form gel; heating the gel for self-propagation, presintering the gel, and calcining and grinding the gel to obtain an intermediate; and S2, grinding and uniformly mixing the intermediate and carbonyl iron powder to obtain the wave-absorbing ferrite composite material. The ferrite composite material prepared by the invention has good wave-absorbing performance.
本发明公开了一种吸波铁氧体复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S1、将柠檬酸、乙二酸四醋酸加入水中,滴加氨水搅拌至溶液澄清,再滴加硝酸钴、硝酸铁、硝酸锰的混合水溶液,然后用氨水调节pH为中性,加入分散剂混匀,保温静置形成凝胶;然后取凝胶加热自蔓延,接着预烧,煅烧,研磨得到中间体;S2、取中间体与羰基铁粉研磨混匀得到吸波铁氧体复合材料。本发明制得的铁氧体复合材料具有良好的吸波性能。
