The invention discloses a toe-shaped track beam and a straddle type monorail traffic system. The toe-shaped track beam comprises beam bodies which are connected end to end in sequence, a first flangeplate which is connected with one side of the bottom of the beam body, a second flange plate which is connected with the other side of the bottom of the beam body, and a connecting position which is arranged on the first flange plate and/or the second flange plate and used for being connected with a rail sleeper block. A support, an anchor box and other structures do not need to be arranged in thetunnel, the section of the tunnel can be greatly reduced, the construction cost is reduced, all loads can be prevented from acting on the bottom of the tunnel in a centralized mode, and tunnel bottomstress is effectively and evenly dispersed.
