The invention discloses a pre-stressed anchor cable structure with a repetitive hydrofracture grouting function and a construction method thereof. The anchor cable structure comprises a free section,an anchoring section and a drilling extension section from outside to inside in sequence, and the anchor cable structure further comprises a primary grouting pipe, two secondary grouting pipes, centering supports and a steel strand. The primary grouting pipe is arranged in the centers of the centering supports, and a tail pipe opening is formed in the bottom end of the anchoring section. The two secondary grouting pipes are fixedly connected to the outer sides of the centering supports, a tail pipe opening of one of the secondary grouting pipes is formed in the 1/3 portion away from the bottomend of the anchoring section, a tail pipe opening of the other one of the secondary grouting pipes is formed in the 2/3 portion away from the bottom end, and grouting holes are formed in the secondary grouting pipes. The centering supports are arranged along the anchoring structure at intervals, and the steel strand is arranged on the outer sides of the centering supports. According to the pre-stressed anchor cable structure, the primary grouting pipe is arranged in the middle of the anchor cable structure, the two secondary grouting pipes are oppositely arranged on the outer side of the anchoring structure, multi-time repetitive hydrofracture grouting is achieved, the bearing ability of an anchor body is effectively improved, and the economic effect is improved.
本发明公开一种重复劈裂注浆的预应力锚索结构及其施工方法,锚索结构由外向内依次为自由段、锚固段和钻孔加长段,包括一次注浆管、二次注浆管、对中支架和钢绞线;所述一次注浆管设在对中支架中心,尾部管口位于锚固段底端;所述二次注浆管设置两根,固定连接在对中支架的外侧,其中一根二次注浆管的尾部管口位于距离锚固段底端1/3处,另一根二次注浆管的尾部管口位于距离锚固段底端2/3处,所述二次注浆管上开设有注浆孔;所述对中支架沿锚索结构间隔设置,所述钢绞线设在对中支架外侧。本发明采用一次注浆管设在锚固结构中间,两根二次注浆管相对设在锚固结构外侧,实现多次重复劈裂注浆,有效提升提高锚固体的承载力,提高经济效应。
