The expansion extrusion type steel pipe grouting control pre-stressed anchor cable structure comprises a grouting steel pipe, an inverted trapezoidal bearing plate and an unbonded steel strand. The inverted trapezoidal bearing plate is arranged at the front end of the grouting steel pipe, the unbonded steel strand is implanted in the steel pipe, the anchorage pier is arranged at the tail end of the grouting steel pipe, and the other end of the unbonded steel strand is anchored on the anchorage pier; grouting holes are formed in the steel pipe, a gap between the hole wall of the drill hole and the steel pipe is filled with the primary grouting body in a normal-pressure grouting mode, the steel pipe is filled with the secondary grouting body in a high-pressure grouting mode, and surrounding rock and soil bodies are split and solidified into a whole through grout outlet of the grouting holes formed in the surface of the steel pipe; the grouting steel pipe is provided with a side frictional resistance enhancing part, and the inverted trapezoidal bearing plate extrudes and expands the steel pipe under the tension of the steel strand, so that the steel pipe is expanded and deformed to form the side frictional resistance enhancing part. According to the anchor cable structure, the positive pressure in the radial direction of the drill hole is increased, the side friction resistance is improved, and the anchoring force of the pre-stressed anchor cable is further improved.
