Lead hole type non-blasting excavation method for rock foundation pit
The invention discloses a lead hole type non-blasting excavation method for a rock foundation pit. The method comprises the following construction steps that 1, lead hole position design is performed, hole positions are arranged in a plum blossom shape, the hole diameter is proper to be 1000 mm to 1200 mm, the hole distance is proper to be 2D to 3D, the lead depth is proper to be 200 mm under a base, and the design of the lead hole can be implemented after the safety is ensured through finite element analysis; 2, surveying and setting out are performed, high-power hole leading machinery is adopted for hole leading construction, and timely backfilling of medium-coarse sand is performed until the medium-coarse sand is dense after each hole leading is completed; 3, an upper soil layer is excavated, an anti-falling safety net is laid at each lead hole position, and a supporting structure is constructed synchronously; and 4, after excavation is conducted to a rock stratum, excavation is conducted through an excavator, a breaking hammer and an air pick. The method is easy to operate, the excavation construction speed of the rock foundation pit can be greatly increased on the premise thatthe safety of the foundation pit is guaranteed, the construction period is shortened, and economic benefits are obvious.
