The invention provides a reinforced foundation form structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a foundation concrete cushion layer, a waterproof layer, a waterproof protection layer and two triangular reinforcing steel bar forming devices. The foundation concrete cushion layer, the waterproof layer and the waterproof protection layer are sequentially laminated from bottomof a foundation pit to top, the outlines of the waterproof layer and the waterproof protection layer are matched with the shape of a foundation pit, the triangular reinforcing steel bar forming devices are filled with cement improved soil, the triangular reinforcing steel bar forming devices are symmetrically mounted on the two sides of the foundation pit and are connected with the waterproof layer located on the side wall of the foundation pit, and the top of the foundation concrete cushion layer is aligned with the bottoms of the triangular reinforcing steel bar forming devices. Cement soiland a cement blanket form a triangular retaining wall form, strength of the form is ensured, immersion of underground water is isolated, construction quality is ensured, construction proceed is quickened, and construction cost is saved.
