Method of reinforcing existing pile foundation based on recoverable grouting pipes and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of pile foundation reinforcement, in particular to a method of reinforcing an existing pile foundation based on recoverable grouting pipes and applicationthereof. The method comprises the following steps of (1) arranging at least three grouting pipes around the existing pile foundation, wherein each grouting pipe is self-drilled to form a hole, so thatat least three grouting holes are formed around the existing pile foundation, and the distances from the centers of the grouting holes to the surface of the pile foundation are equal; and (2) formingthe grouting holes in drill bits and side walls of the grouting pipes, and carrying out grouting reinforcement on the bottom and side of a pile separately through the grouting holes of two parts, wherein the three grouting pipes separately form own reinforcing ranges, and the total reinforcing range encircle the whole existing pile foundation to achieve a purpose of reinforcing the existing pilefoundation. The method of reinforcing the existing pile foundation has the characteristics of being convenient to construct, saving the drilling cost and time and shortening the construction period, and meanwhile, the recoverable grouting pipes can be repeatedly used, so that the construction cost is saved and the method is green and environment-friendly.
本发明涉及桩基加固技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于可回收注浆管的对既有桩基进行加固的方法及其应用,包括如下步骤:(1)在既有桩基周围布置至少三根注浆管,每根注浆管自钻成孔,从而在既有桩基周围形成至少三个注浆孔,且每个注浆孔的中心到桩基表面的距离均相等;(2)所述注浆管的钻头和侧壁上均开设注浆孔,通过两个部位的注浆孔分别进行桩底和桩侧的注浆加固,三根注浆管分别形成自己的加固范围,总的加固范围将整个既有桩基包围起来达到加固既有桩基的目的。本发明对既有桩基进行的加固方法具有施工方便,节约钻孔费用和时间,缩短工期的特点,同时,能够重复利用可回收注浆管,节约施工造价,而且绿色环保。
