Prefabricated hollow superimposed shear wall with vertical reinforcing steel bars backwards penetrating into edge members
The invention discloses a prefabricated hollow superimposed shear wall with vertical reinforcing steel bars backwards penetrating into edge members. A shaped pipeline is used for forming up and down through vertical holes at positions of the edge members and a wall; special hole-forming equipment is not needed; only vertical constructional reinforcing steel bars and stirrups are laid in the edge members of the prefabricated wall; large-diameter vertical load-bearing reinforcing steel bars of the edge members are used for replacing multiple small-diameter vertical reinforcing steel bars of theedge members of a traditional shear wall, and backwards penetrate into the vertical holes of the edge members during site operation; hand holes are formed in the root of the prefabricated wall to achieve the screwed joint connection of the vertical load-bearing reinforcing steel bars; and additional connecting reinforcing steel bars are arranged at the floor level in the vertical holes at the position of the wall and are in lap joint with the vertical distribution reinforcing steel bars in the prefabricated wall. Based on the above connection structure, the vertical constructional reinforcingsteel bars of the edge members of the prefabricated wall and the vertical distribution reinforcing steel bars of the wall do not protrude from the top surface and bottom surface of the prefabricated wall. No holes are formed in corresponding side forms in the prefabricated wall production stage; the standardization and generalization of molds can be achieved; and the cost control and the finishedproduct protection are facilitated.
本发明公开了一种后穿边缘构件竖向钢筋的预制空心叠合剪力墙,采用定型管道在边缘构件及墙身位置形成上下贯通的竖向孔,无需专用成孔设备;预制墙边缘构件内仅布设竖向构造钢筋及箍筋,采用大直径边缘构件竖向受力钢筋代替传统剪力墙的多根小直径边缘构件竖向钢筋,现场施工时后穿于边缘构件竖向孔内,在预制墙根部设置手孔实现竖向受力钢筋的螺纹接头连接;墙身位置在竖向孔内楼面标高处设置附加连接钢筋与预制墙内竖向分布钢筋形成搭接连接。基于上述连接构造,可保证预制墙边缘构件竖向构造钢筋、墙身竖向分布钢筋均不伸出预制墙顶面、底面,预制墙生产阶段对应边模不开孔,可实现模具标准化、通用化,有利于成本控制及成品保护。
